THERE’S A PLACE FOR YOU HERE!
Many Hands. One Mission. Big Impact.
You don’t have to be a horse person to make a difference at Rising Above Daily!
It takes people with all kinds of gifts, talents, and experiences to create a place where kids can connect, grow, and know their worth.
Whether you love working with animals, cooking for a crowd, tackling projects, or using your professional skills behind the scenes, there’s a place for you on our team!
Every hour you give and every skill you share helps us continue providing meaningful mentorship opportunities for local youth, completely free of charge.
Bring what you’re good at. Give what you can. Be part of changing a young person’s life.
✨ Why Volunteer With Us
At our ranch — a safe, free-of-charge space where youth can discover hope, peace, and freedom — volunteers are essential partners in our mission. From building relationships to supporting everyday ranch life, your involvement has REAL impact:
- You help youth feel connected and supported.
- You build a stronger community of care and belonging.
- You mentor young people toward confidence, hope, and resilience.
No experience is too small — what matters most is your heart to serve
