When her daughter was expelled from school for bringing a knife, her mom texted Ehren to ask if she could still attend the equine ministry. She mentioned that it has been very beneficial for her daughter and that she has observed many positive changes since she started coming.

After this youth was expelled for bringing a BB gun to school, he emailed Ehren to ask if he could stay in the program. He said it had been very helpful for him, and he didn’t want to lose that opportunity. Before joining, he described himself as being "in a deep, dark pit of despair." The connections he made through RA helped him find a way out of that place.
